Hasan BARAK

Following my graduation from the Department of International Trade at Karadeniz Technical University in 2000, I have held key roles in digitalisation and operational management throughout my professional career. During my career journey, I have held the positions of Assistant Manager of Customer Services at Ihlas Kargo A.Ş. and Online Sales and International Trade Manager at Tarvas International Trade. By focusing my expertise on e-commerce, I took on the role of E-Commerce Manager at Scooter Shoes (Macro A.Ş.) and, most recently, E-Commerce and Digital Channels Manager at Mitacco Aluminium Architectural Systems (Gema A.Ş.), leading brands through their digital transformation processes.

Today, I combine this nearly quarter-century of sector-specific experience with artificial intelligence and smart engineering solutions under the Convertix AI umbrella to deliver value to our business partners.

For 14 years, I managed the E-commerce department at Scooter Shoes. I played a leading role in the department’s establishment and development. Through the digital transformation initiatives we implemented specifically for scooter.com.tr, I achieved sustainable, data-driven growth in both brand awareness and sales volume.

In my role as E-commerce and Digital Channels Manager at Mitacco Aluminium Architectural Systems, I led the brand’s global digital transformation by building the digital ecosystem from scratch. Using data-driven strategies, I accelerated entry into new markets and achieved measurable growth in sales volume and customer acquisition.
